LONDON OPEN & DEVELOPMENT OPEN
2011
London Gymnastics has been delivering a vital event for Mens
Gymnastics for longer than most people can remember. Record
entries and a considerable overseas entry brought huge
audiences. As part of the control structure for Olympic,
European and World selections the London Open remains a key
partner in British Mens Gymnastics. Sunday was the Development
Open when 250 setwork gymnasts ploughed a furrow through
Goresbrook. Many clubs use this event as a warm up for the
National Setworks, some regions use it as a key trial selection. It
was on the Sunday that Harrow had its best results, with Grant
Cox-Sehmi winning bronze in the level 5 age group, and Nathan
Branca in the level 2 age group winning gold on vault and
scoring a perfect 10 on the pommel to take gold. For your
diary bookmark the London Open 2012 date, 30-31 March.

Saturday 30th October 2009 saw Goresbrook leisure centre in

competition was the first time Daniel Keatings, Silver all

at the O2 arena.
In the U18 Category Vincent had a great competition to finish

his floor routine he nailed every landing to win the Silver
